![]() ![]() ![]() I tried 10 other reminder applications for macintosh, and NONE of them worked as described. ![]() I struggle with aspergers, and it's very important for me to be on a regular schedule with medication and activities, but I'm extremely forgetful. This program is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny of purchase if you forget things a lot or want to get yourself on a daily / weekly scheduled routine. Perhaps something wasn't set properly in your clock settings and is causing it to conflict with the program? ( Just taking a wild guess )Īnyway, onto the actual review. I'm still a big iMOnTime fan, and iCal's shortcomings are still painfully evident every time I give it another look, but the above situation is having me consider suffering through those shortcomings in order to gain that valuable mobility.įirstly, to the previous reviewer who had issues with it displaying at the incorrect time, you might want to check your clock settings, as I never had an issue with this program displaying the alerts incorrectly while I was using the demo nor when I purchased it. Even integration with Google Calendar would be better than nothing, since I can pull that up in the browser. As it stands now, I have to send emails to myself so that I can add those things when I get home to my computer, and I'm SOL if I want to view my calendar without the computer in front of me. I realize that it probably can't have the same sorts of notification features that iCal does, but just being able to view it and add entries would be very helpful. Very responsive! So here's a new challenge, and I'm sure I'm not the first to ask for it: get my calendar onto the iPhone. Or, you can resume the reminders manually when you want. You can specify the time interval after which to resume reminders automatically. Do Not Disturb - iMOnTime allows you to temporarily turn off all reminders with this feature.Archiving - All deleted reminders are automatically archived so that you don't miss any important piece of information, such as a telephone number, because the reminder was shown or deleted.Categories - Categorize reminders according to use such as birthdays, meetings, doctor appointments.Templates allow the specification of most of the reminder information in advance so that it is automatically set for the reminder when it is scheduled. Reminder Templates - Create reminder templates for scheduling reminders quickly.Snoozing Reminders - Reminders can be snoozed for a specific future date/time or for after a specific time interval.Important reminders can be made to float above all other windows. Reminder Notification Options - You can have reminders be shown as windows, played as sounds or sent as emails.Advance notifications can be repeated until the due date and time. Advance Notifications - Have advance notifications before the due date and time for a reminder. And on each day, you can have the reminder appear at specific times of the day. About 50% of patients undergoing primary PCI shows delayed myocardial perfusion. However, the consequent improvement in myocardial perfusion post-PCI is not universal. In patients with acute STEMI undergoing primary PCI treatment, the peak troponin I and SYNTAX II score may be an independent predictor of MVO.Įarly percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been reported to significantly reduce mortality in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). In multivariable regression analysis, peak troponin I (odd ratio = 1.236, p = 0.001) and SYNTAX II score (OR = 11.636, p = 0.010) were identified as independent predictors of MVO. The areas under the receiver operator characteristic curves of SYNTAX score, SYNTAX II score and Gensini score for predicting MVO patients were 0.726, 0.774 and 0.807. Patients with MVO had higher SYNTAX scores, SYNTAX II scores and Gensini scores than those without MVO (all p < 0.001). ResultsĪ total of 122 patients were included (mean age 60.6 ± 12.8 years). Three CAG scores (SYNTAX score, SYNTAX II score and Gensini score) were used to assess the severity of coronary artery atherosclerotic burden. The patients were divided into MVO and non-MVO group based on the CMR results. CMR imaging was performed between 3 and 7 days after PCI. Methodsįrom October 2020 to October 2021, 141 consecutive patients with acute STEMI who underwent primary PCI and CMR were retrospectively reviewed. Our study aimed to validate the ability of the CAG scores in predicting microvascular obstruction (MVO) detected by cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging. However, quality evidence regarding the association between the CAG scores and microvascular injury is still needed. Some coronary artery angiography (CAG) scores are associated with the no-reflow phenomenon after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). ![]() This app will help you to create a custom ringtone, in the best way that Apple allows it to happen. With HD content, the VM60P consistently hits for extra bases. Standard definition programs can be like wicked curve balls. ![]() O.K., we'll stop with the sports metaphors. Perhaps VIZIO's self admonition that they print on their box says it best, "This VIZIO TV is optimized for HDTV, without an HD source, it's just an ordinary TV." And at five feet, it can reveal that ordinariness in a grand manner. Now, I've received emails chastising me for not holding VIZIO's feet to the fire and demanding that they make a TV that does a great job of displaying SD material. From my viewpoint, I admire VIZIO for their candor. If they touted their HDTVs as great handlers of SD material and didn't deliver, then it would be my duty to kindle a blaze. ![]() With that said, this plasma does not do a bad job with SD. But occasionally, it looks like chopped liver. HD material, on the other hand, can look great and in glorious 60". Though don't expect the fine detailed sharpness that a 1080p TV can provide. This Maximus was the first TV that really tested the limits of the two of us lifting it out of the box and maneuvering it onto its table. At 179 pounds, this HDTV demands at least a couple of strong backs and a sturdy resting place. If you are planning to hang it on a wall, make sure your mount is firmly attached to stout studs. With the VM60P, VIZIO has departed from its usual palette of a black bezel and silver speakers. This plasma sports a brushed copper bezel. To maintain a svelte profile, VIZIO enclosed the pair of 20W speakers inside the bezel below the screen. Since they point downward, a snap-on translucent sound reflector is included, which directs the sound out to the audience. The control buttons are inset on the left side. The only adornment on the front is an illuminated VIZIO that changes from yellow to white when the TV is turned on. The other way that you can tell this TV is switched on is by the noise it makes when this colossus is running. It's not loud or distracting, but you do get the impression that there's some heavy lifting going on inside to present a 60" image. Once again, the connectors are located on the back of the TV facing downward. Now we have complained about this ad nauseum and with smaller TVs, the location has been more of an annoyance. With this unit, it is definitely an obstacle. If you place your TV on a stand near the wall, with a lighter model, it is fairly easy for one person to maneuver it so you can reach around back and attach a cable. With a 180 pound monster, swiveling is not a one person task. ![]() Even if you do turn it at an angle, reaching around a five foot screen is a job for the limber and long armed.Īt least, once you traverse back there, you are greeted with the most HDMI connectors (4) that we have seen on a TV. Adding to the mix are a stereo pair of Audio inputs, (which are linked to the HDMIs), two Component inputs (YPbPr) with matching stereo Audio Ins, two Composite (with Audio), two S-Video (with Audio), one VGA (15 pin D-Sub) with a stereo Audio In mini-plug, and a Service port.Īlso on the panel is a stereo pair of analog Audio Outs, which is unamplified. So you would connect them to your home theater receiver and not directly to a set of external speakers. In addition, an SPDIF (optical) digital Audio Out is provided and is active when you are receiving digital audio from programs from the tuner input (see below). If you are bypassing the TV's speakers, you can turn them off in the Audio Settings menu. |
